Sometimes EdPuzzles can be a little challenging to open.
Here are some strategies to help.
So there are a few things:
1 - Make sure you are accessing from the "Materials" section, not the "Updates" section of Schoology.
2 - Adjust the settings in the Settings App to allow for cross-tracking. Instructions here: https://cathedralcatholic.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/35000158882-schoology-not-opening-edpuzzle
3 -Try accessing from learn.cathedralcatholic.org in a browser - optimally Chrome (even on your iPad). You log in with your cchsdons.com email and password, then navigate to your course.
