Cathedral Catholic uses two backup options for Notability

• iCloud Sync
• Auto Backup to Google Drive

iCloud Sync

In newer versions of Notability, this will enable automatically when you first open the app, unless you elect to SKIP this.

We recommend that you ENABLE iCloud Sync. 

1. Start by touching the GEAR in the bottom left corner of the Notability screen.
2. The choose the 3rd option from the top - iCloud
3. Slide the switch to ON

Auto-Backup to Google Drive

There are several auto backup options. Since CCHS is integrated with Google Suite, we back up to your Google Drive.  

You will sign in to your cchsdons.com Google account. 

1. Then Choose the Auto-Backup on top
2. Choose Google Drive - Sign in with your cchsdons.com email and password.
3. Touch the File Format. The default is Note >> Change to PDF.
4. Touch CLOSED at the top. You're done!
