Problem: My iPad isn't charging the way I think it should, or not at all.
Most often, iPad charging issues are not a result of a problem with the device itself, but with either (1) the cord or (2) the charging block being used.
Cord Issues
Having a bad cord is the #1 cause of charging issues!
Be sure you are using a cord that is free of breaks, kinks, bends, bumps, and missing or corroded teeth.
>> Please bring your broken cord in, and the tech office can replace it for you. <<
Charging Block
The #2 cause of charging issues is using the WRONG block.
Be sure you are using the block that was issued to you with your iPad.
